Hello, Kiddos!

My name is Blessing, and I’m one of your instructors. Today, we are going to take a look at our website. This is what I like to call our digital home. Isn’t this exciting? You’re going to be attending lots of your classes online via Zoom, and you will be able to access recorded videos on this platform. Now, I’m going to walk you through it. Don’t let it intimidate or scare you at all. It’s quite simple.

So here, we have what we call the landing page, also known as the front page. You’ll find information regarding your program here. You can see our welcome page and things about the program, like Computer Training, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Public Speaking, Accent Training, Financial Literacy, and many more. All in one program! Isn’t that exciting?

Well, that’s not the only fun thing. We have exciting teachers and friends waiting for you! You’ll be able to network with new friends, attend live classes, and ask questions if you have any. You know, our classes are so interesting; sometimes, it feels like animation, with teachers even putting on costumes! You’ll love it.

You can find these little rockets on the page that can send you right back up anytime you want. We’ll click on the rocket, and watch it go up – boom! And away it goes.

So now, to log into class, we go to “Login.” I’ll click on “Log in.” Here, you can find your login profile. So put in the email or username you created when you joined the website. And here you can click on “Remember me.” Only click on “Remember me” if this is your personal or home computer. If you’re using a computer in a cyber cafe or a public computer, you might not want to click “Remember me” for security reasons.

It’s asking us to “reCAPTCHA,” like proving our humanity. So we are going to say 3 + 9 = 12. Now, it could give you random numbers to calculate. So, I’m going to type 12 and click on “Log in.” So I’m in now! Here, we have our profile page. Isn’t this great?

Now you can see the course you enrolled in. If the course is still in progress, you’ll see the quizzes your teacher gave you, whether you failed, passed, or finished them. You can also see your wishlist for any courses you like and want to buy later. Maybe you like a course and want to buy it later; you put it on your wishlist, and you can see your orders. For example, you might order a course like Data and Technical Studies for Zeta Class. No, Zeta is for teenage students, so that will be for Alpha and Delta classes.

Now, for you to be on this website or a student on this site, you have to be aged 6 to 11. If you are over 12 years old, then your website will be the teenagers’ website, okay? If you are between 6 to 11, this is your website. So you have different memberships. Here we have the Alpha class and the Delta Class. If you are Alpha, that means you are from age 6 to 8, and if you are Delta, that means you are from 9 to 11.

Each time you come to the live class on Zoom, be sure to go to your Time Tracker and clock in by clicking on “Clock in.” When you’re done with class, click on “Clock out.” When you are on break, you can click “Leave on break,” and when you return, click “Return from break.” This is to prepare you for the future, where everyone clocks in and clocks out of things they do.

Another exciting thing is that we have lots of groups, and you can get your mentor. So you are going to get your mentor who will help and guide you through this journey. You can also join membership groups, meet other friends, and have great events with them.

Now, if you want to watch a video after class, we are going to go to Data and Technical Studies. Right here, you can see your curriculum. You are going to click on that. You can see your orientation guide (see that?), this is amazing! Here, you can take your quiz, if there is a quiz. If you’re already logged in and have paid for the course, you should be able to view your quiz.

Now, you can see your quiz and your classes. You can just click on any of the classes you want to watch the video, and it will appear here. It’s that simple! To go back, just click on “Data and Technical Studies,” and it takes you back.
