Making Payments
Students withdrawing from a course shall receive no refund.
Ways to File a Complaint
Instructor Home USA encourages all members of our community to report prohibited conduct.
Reports and names of individuals are only shared with appropriate staff members.
Here are the following areas you can submit a complaint about:
- Equity Concern
- Discrimination based on race, color, creed, national or ethnic origin, religion, gender, disability, political affiliation or belief, sexual orientation, age, disabled veteran
- Grievance
- Dissatisfaction with services, non-academic disputes with faculty and/or staff
- Student Conduct
- Threats, inappropriate behavior, physical violence, conduct unbecoming of a student
- Academic Misconduct
- Refer to your individual course syllabus and contact your instructor.
- Any other Report
